Will there be a live, in-person event this year?

In light of the current global health challenge, we’ve decided not to hold an in-person event. Our virtual event will take the place of our in-person event and provide training, support and more for all Representatives in the run-up to the holiday season.

When will the virtual event be held?

We’ll be broadcasting our event live on August 28 and August 29 in the evening.

Will the agenda be the same for the virtual event as was planned for the in-person event?

We’re creating some brand new programming to fit the new virtual medium. Going virtual allows us to make the event way more interactive for all attendees. It’s a new and different way for us to be together, and we’re going to make sure you get the most out of our sessions packed with training, recognition, business announcements and more.

How long is the scheduled programming for the event?

We’ll be broadcasting approximately two hours of content each day in the evening, for a total of around four hours of live event programming. Plus, we’ll be sharing additional product training and skill building for your business.

What is the cost to sign up for the virtual event and what is included?

For $39, Representatives can sign up for a pass to view all programming and enjoy Avon Logo Store access, eligibility in live prize drawings and giveaways, recognition opportunities and more. For $59, Representatives can sign up for a pass with everything included in the $39 registration as well as a swag bag* of assorted new products and best-selling faves with a $175+ value!

*The first 5,000 to sign up at the $59 price will receive special swag bags (and we expect to run out!). Those who sign up at $59 after the first 5,000 will receive a modified swag bag of comparable value. In order to receive your swag bag, you must place an AvonNow order in Campaign 19 or Campaign 20. If you do not place a C19 or C20 order, you will forfeit your swag bag.

Do I need to sign up and create an account to watch the virtual event?

Yes. Once you hit the “Register Now” button, you need to click “Sign Up” and follow the prompts to purchase your viewing pass.

Can my Co-Applicant register for the virtual event?

Yes! Registration is open to all Representatives and Co-Applicants. Co-Applicant accounts may purchase one additional pass for the event.

How many viewing passes can I purchase?

There is one pass available per Representative. If you have a Co-Applicant account, you may purchase one additional pass.

Can a guest attend the virtual event?

You must be an Avon Representative to register. But remember, signing up to become a Representative costs $0 right now—there’s never been a better time to bring new friends into the Avon family and get them to join in on the virtual fun this summer!

How can I pay for registration?

You can use Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

Why is my registration fee listed as a foreign transaction with my credit card?

The registration fee originates from inPlayer, the company we have partnered with to handle registration. The transaction may be listed as foreign because inPlayer is a UK-based company. Please note that this is a valid transaction.

What should I do if my credit card transaction will not process because inPlayer is a UK-based company?

If your charge is being declined, you can contact your credit card company, confirm that this is a valid transaction and ask them to approve processing. Alternatively, you can use PayPal to complete your transaction.

Will I be charged a foreign transaction fee because inPlayer is a UK-based company?

No. Your registration will be charged in US Dollars, and will be based on whether you select the $59 or $39 pass. If you see any additional charges from inPlayer on your credit card statement, please share the documentation via email to support@inplayer.com.

How do I log into my registration account after I sign up?

Head to the Registration page, go to the bottom of the page and click “Already have access? Login with your account.” Input the email address and password you used when you set up your account, and you will be logged in. Please note that this account is not the same as your Avon account.

What should I do if I forgot my password for my registration account?

Don’t worry! You can reset your password. Go to the Registration page, click “Already have access? Login with your account” at the bottom of the page and click “Forgot password?” to reset it. Make sure to input the email address you used when you registered.

Will there be an incentive to earn free registration?

There is no incentive at this time.

If I previously registered for the in-person Avon Convention 2020 in San Antonio, do I need to register again for the virtual event?

Yes, you will need to register again for this special virtual event.

How do I know if I’m confirmed for the $59 swag bag?

You are confirmed if your purchase was completed and you received a confirmation email for the $59 All Access Plus pass. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, be sure to check your junk folder in your inbox, or log back into your registration account for confirmation.

Will I receive a Swag Bag?

Only Representatives who register at the $59 price and place an AvonNow order in Campaign 19 or Campaign 20 will receive a swag bag.

When should I expect to receive my swag bag if I registered at the $59 price?

We’ll be dropping your swag bag in your Campaign 19 or Campaign 20 order. Make sure to place an order to receive it!

When will the virtual event link be sent to registered attendees?

We expect to send out an event link the week of August 24. We’ll let you know if anything changes as we get closer to the virtual event.

What if I can’t watch the virtual event live?

No worries! We’ll be sharing replays with registered attendees after the event.

Will there be closed captioning for the virtual event?


Will there be Spanish translation for the virtual event?

¡Sí! Viewers will have the ability to watch the show in Spanish when logging in.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy
You’ll receive a refund if you cancel by July 31, 2020 with a $5 cancellation fee deducted.
To cancel your registration, please click here by July 31 and follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Click on your account icon  at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
  3. Click on My Details.
  4. Click on My Subscriptions.
  5. Select the subscription you want to cancel and click Cancel subscription.
  6. Confirm the cancellation by clicking YES, CANCEL. You will keep your access until the ongoing subscription period expires.

*If you don’t see the account icon in the bottom-right, look for a Profile, My Account or similar button in the navigation menu of the webpage (usually at the top right). From there, the steps should be the same.
