This really stings—we understand the importance of the event and its role in bringing together our community and supporting all Representatives in the run-up to the holiday season. Still, your health and well-being have to come first.
We’ll issue full refunds as soon as possible. Credit card payments will be refunded to the card account.
President’s Points or Avon account payments will be refunded to your preferred payment method on AvonNow.
No need to do anything on your end—we’ll take care of it.
If you already booked a hotel through our website, we’ll handle the cancellation for you automatically.
Please note that if you booked a hotel separately, you’ll need to cancel your arrangements directly.
We know this is disappointing, but don’t be discouraged. As a community of visionaries, we’ll continue to set our sights on big goals.
