*Please note that those who registered for more than $99 before March 1 will receive a refund for the difference to form of payment used at registration. This will not apply for those who registered with President’s Points.

Refund Policy and Dates

April 1, 2020 is the cut-off for a 100% refund.
May 1, 2020 is the cut-off for a 50% refund.
June 1, 2020 is the cut-off for any refund. After June 1, no refunds will be issued.
July 1, 2020 is the cut-off to transfer registrations to another active Representative.

Guests are invited to attend events including General Sessions, training seminars and more (excluding Certifications). Guests may also attend invitation-only breakfasts, luncheons and other special functions when invited by a Representative who has earned attendance for a Guest. Note: only one Guest per special function.

Guests must be 18 years or older and accompanied by a paid Avon Representative. Avon Representatives and Co-applicants cannot register as Guests. Additionally, Guests who register at the $59 price will not receive swag bags.

Important: Make sure all of your Guests have proper identification at check-in in San Antonio.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you have to cancel, you can receive the following refunds on your Avon Convention 2020 registration:

100% refund if you cancel by April 1, 2020.

50% refund if you cancel by May 1, 2020.

No refunds will be issued after June 1, 2020.

Rather than cancel, why not transfer your registration to another active Representative? The deadline to transfer is July 1, 2020.

Note: We cannot issue any refunds for registration made before December 10, 2019 with President’s Points.
